Fundamental Dishonesty Fraudster Withdrew Her Claim

Well, the reason why you haven’t heard from us for a while is that we have been really busy in recent months following a massive upturn in claim referrals, we continue to work with our friends around the country investigating large and small claims alike, and identifying fraud when it appears, and it seems to be on the increase!

We were pleased to read this article from Weightmans, in which a fundamentally dishonest claimant was caught, withdrew her claim, but was still pursued for the costs order, which will have been substantial!  People seem to think that they can lie without consequence on court documents, hopefully the claimant will be found to be in contempt of court and will receive a criminal conviction as well as the costs order.
