Loss Adjusting Overflow Services

Our loss adjusters offer overflow services to any insurer, underwriter, broker, MGA, TPA, adjuster or solicitor or private commercial client who seeks UK-wide coverage, or who struggles to find quality loss adjusting services. 

We carry out work for several firms that don’t have loss adjusters or investigators located in the area where they have been instructed to attend. We travel throughout the UK, investigating claims throughout the midlands, the north of England, Scotland and Wales, on both investigate and report and cradle to grave bases.

We have reciprocal arrangements with other high quality loss adjusting firms located throughout the UK, all of whom employ only qualified or experienced adjusters with a wealth of knowledge who are able to provide quality service.

As well as complying within our own company, all of our external contacts are working towards compliance with the new data protection regulation (GDPR) coming into force in May 2018.  Encryption of any personal data is practised by default and personal data is kept to a minimum and only for as long as is necessary.

We offer long and short-term loss adjusting overflow services

We can provide assistance in dealing with short-term pinch points where claims volumes are exceptional as a result of an unforeseen event, or where there is a temporary shortage of staff to deal with claims or investigation.

Which areas do you cover?

Where possible, we travel to investigations in locations from city centres to the most remote locations.  We are happy to cover the remote highlands and islands of Scotland, remote areas of Wales, and far flung parts of Cornwall, subject to agreement on the incurring of necessary expenses.
