77 fraudsters found guilty in major crash for cash investigation
It was good to see the culmination of MIB investigations into fraudulent “crash for cash” activities. You Talk Insurance reported that as a result of fraud investigations centering around a garage in Cardiff and several staged accidents, over 150 people have been prosecuted and convicted of crimes. Crash for cash scams cost honest policyholders millions of pounds each year. It is good to see continued success in detecting fraudsters and bringing them to justice.
