Another Fundamentally Dishonest Claimant Penalised

Weightmans report on another successful result – the dishonest claimant has to bear the Council Defenfant’s costs…on a summary basis.  The sooner people realise that making a dishonest claim has severe consequences, the better.  Fraudulent claimants risk costs bills in the 10s of thousands of pounds, and, potentially, a criminal record.  Well done Weightmans!
