Kingdom is driven from the desire to work as part of a collaborative team of risk managers, investigators, negotiators, loss adjusters & contractors providing risk management and claim resolution services to insurers, MGA’s, TPA’s, brokers, solicitors and other loss adjusters.
We work with qualified and highly experienced loss adjusters and contractors located throughout the UK, providing quality service delivery. We are registered in England with an administrative hub in Scotland we truly believe in the United Kingdom!
We tailor our services to your requirements
We go the extra mile to work with you. We work with other top class service providers to deliver a second to none bespoke service delivering tangible cost and loss reductions both pre and post incident. All of the teams are experienced risk managers, loss adjusters, and sub contractors with over 20 years in the industry as well as managerial experience. We utilise the expertise within the teams to achieve the most cost-effective risk management, loss adjusting and claim resolution solutions for you. Like to know more? We are cloud based
We utilise cloud based technologies for file storage, transfer and collaboration across teams. Wherever possible we use cloud providers for team meetings, keeping costs to a minimum so we can pass those cost reductions to clients. Whilst we are cloud based, this does not mean that we are not real! We regularly personally visit clients to discuss client requirements and fine tune service delivery to the clients’ needs.
We provide secure access to client files
We can provide individual log in access for viewing files, downloading reports and uploading new instructions at any time where required. In reality we have found that the clients we work with have not needed such access so far. That does not mean that we are not willing to provide such access if needed. Any solution we provide will be tailored to individual client needs, so please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss.

Gary Hedley DipCII
Gary is our Northern Area Director. Gary has worked as an Insurance Claims Handler, Loss Adjuster and Manager for over twenty years.
He also enjoyed a significant period working in the construction and pharmaceutical industries before returning to loss adjusting as a business franchise owner in January 2013.
