  • Engage the services of ADT in carrying out a comprehensive audit of current Fleet Risk Management Provision and preparing a report with recommendations on addressing Work Related Road Risks (WRRR)
  • Work with your Chief Risk Officer or Risk Manager in identifying risks to health and safety flowing directly from your work activities
  • Assist in formulating affordable control measures proportionate to the level of hazard identified
  • Assist in implementing those measures in the work force
  • Auditing the application of the imposed measures and continually revisiting the risks as the business changes and revising control measures

It is worth considering the recent cases of data breach where the ICO have levied fines now running into millions of pounds, applying the new rules under GDPR allowing the ICO to levy fines of up to €20,000,000 or 4% of global turnover, whichever is the greater, something which most companies can ill afford.
